The Three "Rs" of Reading Success
Readiness - Ensure that your child goes to school ready to learn every day. Speak positively to your child about school and the teachers. Your attitude toward learning will send a powerful message to your child. See that your child gets at least 8 hours of sleep and a nutritious breakfast.
Routine - Develop simple routines for smooth, stress free mornings. Help your child set out their uniform
and pack their backpack in the evening.
Responsibility - Teach your child responsibility by helping him get organized. Make sure yourchild has his/her agenda to write down his/her assignments and due dates.
